SynergenX | Low T Center | HerKare is one of the nation’s fastest-growing providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services. We are currently seeking a Mid-Level Provider (PA, APRN, NP, FNP) to join our team as an Assistant Clinic Director (ACD) in our Alamo Ranch clinic.

About the Role
The Assistant Clinic Director plays a key role in both patient care and clinic operations. In this role, you will:
- Provide direct patient care using established, evidence-based treatment protocols
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations focused on identifying root causes of hormone and wellness concerns
- Collaborate closely with the Clinic Director, Medical Director, and operations team to support clinical and operational success
- Support wellness services such as weight management, sleep apnea, hypertension, low libido, and aesthetics (location dependent)
- Assist with light supervisory responsibilities of clinical support staff
Requirements
- Active PA, NP, APRN, or FNP license (required)
- Active board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) required at time of hire
- Current DEA registration (required)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Availability during clinic hours, including 2 Saturdays per month (incentivized pay)
Clinic Hours
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (2 per month required, additional compensation provided)
- Average: 40–41 hours per week
Training
- 2 weeks (10 business days) of paid, Monday–Friday training
Compensation
- Base Salary: $135,000 (guaranteed)
- Saturday Incentive Pay: $400 per required Saturday (~$10,400 annually)
- RVU Incentive: Up to 5,900 RVUs based on KPI performance
- Estimated Total Compensation: $151,300+ annually (based on performance and schedule)
