Low T Center, a leader in hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness services, is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Mid-Level Provider (PA, APN, APRN, or FNP) to join our growing team in Colorado.
Our providers work closely with a physician medical director and Center Director to deliver high-quality, personalized care to patients receiving hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness services, including weight management, sleep apnea management, hypertension, low libido, and other wellness-focused treatments.
The ideal candidate is confident in their clinical decision-making, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing an exceptional patient experience. You should also be technologically savvy, team-oriented, and able to communicate complex medical information in a clear and approachable way.
Qualifications
- Active Colorado NP or PA license in good standing with no disciplinary actions.
- Current DEA license – REQUIRED
- Ability to complete 10 consecutive training days, Monday through Friday, following clinical hours.
- Strong clinical judgment and medical decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish rapport and build lasting relationships with patients.
- Comfortable explaining medical conditions, treatment options, and care plans in easy-to-understand terms.
- Strong teamwork and a patient-first mindset.
Paid Training
We provide two full weeks of paid training to ensure you have the knowledge, tools, and support needed to be successful in the role.
Availability Requirement
Candidates must be available to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month. In months with five Saturdays, providers are required to work three Saturdays.

- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
