Confidently and compassionately answer patient questions related to insurance and account balances
Enter and update patient demographics, insurance information, and account details accurately
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
Schedule appointments, direct calls, and take detailed messages when needed
Monitor and respond to clinic emails, text messages, and faxes throughout the day
Collect and process patient payments accurately
Maintain accurate daily End-of-Day records and complete bank deposits twice weekly
Assist with bi-monthly inventory and keep clinic supplies organized
Keep snacks, supplements, and patient areas stocked and presentable
Support providers and clinic staff with administrative and clerical needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and waiting area
Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings as needed
Protect patient confidentiality and remain compliant with HIPAA and clinic policies
