Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with supervising physicians and mid-level providers
Follow standing orders, protocols, and clinic policies
Perform venipuncture and phlebotomy
Administer IM injections
Obtain vitals and perform related supervised clinical tasks
Assist with EKGs
Maintain laboratory equipment, documentation, and quality control
Manage weekly inventory and supply ordering
Assist laboratory directors in a moderately complex medical laboratory

Requirements

Active, unencumbered LPN license (Ohio or multistate)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a criminal background check

Clinic Hours

Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (rotating Saturdays)
