We provide two full weeks of paid, hands-on training to help you learn our clinic processes, develop your skills, and build confidence in your role. Bring your curiosity, dependability, and enthusiasm, and we’ll support you as you learn and grow! 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Obtain and document manual vital signs. 

  • Perform venipuncture and administer injections as directed by providers. 

  • Complete laboratory testing, specimen preparation, and documentation. 

  • Maintain laboratory equipment and quality controls. 

  • Complete inventory counts and assist with supplies. 

  • Support front desk operations as needed. 

  • Follow HIPAA, safety standards, and clinic policies. 

  • Travel between assigned clinics to provide coverage. 

Qualifications 

  • Physical copy of a high school diploma or GED required. 

  • Minimum of three months of relevant medical experience or 180 documented externship hours. 

  • Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy Certification preferred but not required. 

  • Venipuncture and injection experience preferred. 

  • Strong communication, organization, and patient service skills. 

  • Ability to adapt to different clinic teams and workflows. 

  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the assigned region. 

  • Successful completion of a background check. 

Clinic operating hours:  

  • Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM 

  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM 

  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM 

  • Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM 

  • Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM 

  • Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM 

    Up to 20 hours weekly

Saturday Availability: Must be available to work 2-3 Saturdays per month. 

Employees are expected to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled shift and record all time worked.
