Low T Center, a leader in hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness, is seeking a Full-Time, 4-Day Float Mid-Level Provider (NP or PA). This is a great opportunity for a provider who values patient-centered care, work-life balance, and being part of a collaborative clinic team.

What You’ll Do

Provide hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and wellness care
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Manage follow-up care and monitor patient progress
Educate patients on treatment protocols, wellness, and lifestyle optimization
Collaborate with the Center Director, Medical Director, and clinic staff
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinic protocols

What We’re Looking For

Active Oklahoma NP or PA license in good standing (unencumbered)
Current DEA license
Current OBNDD license
Availability to complete a 2-week (10 consecutive business days) training, Monday–Friday during clinic hours

Schedule

32 clinical hours per week
Clinical shifts: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
Clinic hours:
- Monday: 8 AM – 5 PM
- Tuesday: 8 AM – 7 PM
- Wednesday: 8 AM – 1 PM
- Thursday: 7 AM – 5 PM
- Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM
- Saturday: 8 AM – 12 PM

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $110,000
