SynergenX | Low T Center is looking for a Float Medical Assistant who brings energy, positivity, flexibility, and a great attitude wherever they go.

As a Float MA, you'll support multiple Colorado-area clinics, work alongside different teams and providers, meet new patients, and help keep our clinics running smoothly.

You don't need a perfect resume. We want someone with the right personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

No MA Certification Required

We'll provide 2 full weeks of paid, hands-on training to help you learn our processes and get comfortable in the role.

What You'll Do

You'll help create a great patient experience while supporting the clinical team wherever you're needed.

Your day may include:

  • Welcoming and interacting with patients in a friendly, professional way
  • Taking manual patient vitals
  • Performing routine blood draws and venipuncture
  • Administering IM and subcutaneous injections as directed by the provider
  • Preparing and processing laboratory testing
  • Maintaining lab equipment and documentation
  • Completing quality control documentation
  • Assisting with inventory and ordering
  • Supporting front desk duties when needed
  • Working closely with providers and clinic teams
  • Helping maintain smooth patient flow
  • Jumping in wherever you're needed to keep the clinic moving
  • Creating a positive, welcoming patient experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • At least 3 months of relevant medical experience OR documented completion of 180 externship hours
  • MA or Phlebotomy certification preferred, but not required
  • Phlebotomy experience preferred
  • Ability to perform venipuncture and IM/subcutaneous injections preferred
  • Must pass a background check

The Flexibility You'll Need

This is a Float position, so you'll support our Colorado-area clinics based on business needs.

You must be willing and able to travel between:

  • Greenwood Village
  • Westminster
  • Colorado Springs

Mileage/travel will be reimbursed when travel to the Colorado Springs location is required.

Clinic Hours

  • Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

2–3 Saturdays per month are required. When you work a Saturday, you'll receive a weekday off.
