Our clinics are busy, collaborative, and patient-focused. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives while working alongside experienced medical leaders and a supportive team.

What You'll Do

Provide patient-centered care focused on hormone replacement, weight management, and targeted wellness
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide follow-up care and monitor patient progress
Educate patients on treatment plans, wellness, and lifestyle goals
Build genuine relationships and establish trust with patients
Explain medical information in a clear, easy-to-understand way
Collaborate with the Center Director, Medical Director, and clinic team
Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow established clinical protocols
Help create a positive, welcoming, high-energy patient experience

Required Qualifications

Active Indiana NP or PA license in good standing
Current DEA license or ability to obtain
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Your 4-Day Schedule

32 clinical hours per week

You'll work a consistent 4-day schedule:

Clinic Hours

Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

2 weeks of paid training (10 consecutive business days) are provided 2to help you learn our clinical protocols, systems, and workflows.
