SynergenX Health is seeking Full-Time Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Care Representative to join our team! This role focuses on weight loss and clinical care, offering meaningful work in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- Two weeks of paid on-site training.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and messages promptly and professionally.
- Schedule patient appointments in the EHR system.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and routing with accuracy and care.
- Document all communications in the CRM platform.
- Provide excellent customer service and support administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- 1+ year of high-volume call center experience
- Experience with CRM or EHR software (minimum one year)
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and good judgment
- Must pass a routine criminal background check
