About the Role

You’ll help keep the clinic running smoothly from check-in to check-out while supporting patients with scheduling, payments, insurance questions, communication, and administrative needs.

We hire for personality, attitude, and the desire to help people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients, complete check-in, and coordinate appointments.
  • Provide a warm, professional patient experience.
  • Explain insurance benefits, EOBs, and out-of-pocket costs.
  • Collect payments and maintain accurate patient information.
  • Answer calls and manage messages, emails, texts, and faxes.
  • Assist with patient rooming and assigned clinical support duties.
  • Complete cash reconciliation, End-of-Day records, and bank deposits.
  • Assist with inventory and keep supplies, snacks, and supplements stocked.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk.
  • Support the clinic team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Follow HIPAA, safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Healthcare, medical office, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills required; EHR experience is a plus.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check.

Clinic Hours

  • Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

Saturday Availability: Approximately 2–3 Saturdays per month.

Employees are expected to arrive approximately 15 minutes before their scheduled shift and record all time worked.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Onsite clinical setting with direct patient interaction.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the clinic.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform fine motor tasks, with reasonable accommodation as applicable.
