We’re a growing mail-order pharmacy serving patients across 38 states and counting, providing customized therapies in hormone replacement, weight management, wellness, and compounded medications directly to patients’ homes.

As a Bilingual Pharmacy Customer Care Representative, you’ll be an important part of the patient experience. You’ll be the friendly voice patients connect with when they have questions, need assistance, or simply need someone who can help point them in the right direction.

Your Day-to-Day

No two days are exactly the same. You’ll help patients navigate their pharmacy experience while working closely with our internal teams.

You’ll:

  • Answer incoming patient calls, texts, and messages with professionalism and positive energy.
  • Assist patients with questions about prescriptions, orders, appointments, and pharmacy services.
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments in the EHR.
  • Listen to patient concerns and help determine the appropriate next steps.
  • Route clinical and pharmacy-related questions to the appropriate team member.
  • Accurately document patient interactions in CRM and EHR systems.
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients in both English and Spanish.
  • Help resolve issues and provide timely follow-up when needed.
  • Support administrative and pharmacy operations.
  • Help create a patient experience where people feel heard, respected, and cared for.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish — spoken and written
  • 1+ year of high-volume call center experience
  • 1+ year of experience working with CRM or EHR software
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
  • Professional, positive, patient-focused attitude
  • Comfortable learning new technology and systems
  • Must successfully complete a routine criminal background check
