Low T Center, a leader in hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness, is seeking a Full-Time, 4-Day Float Mid-Level Provider (NP or PA). This is a great opportunity for a provider who values patient-centered care, work-life balance, and being part of a collaborative clinical team.

This role requires the ability to float between our Pflugerville and South Austin locations.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and wellness care
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Manage follow-up care and monitor patient progress
  • Educate patients on treatment protocols, wellness, and lifestyle optimization
  • Collaborate with the Center Director, Medical Director, and clinic staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinic protocols

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (unencumbered)
  • Current DEA registration (required)
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical practice experience (preferred)
  • Availability to complete a 2-week (10 consecutive business days) paid training, Monday–Friday during clinic hours
  • Must be able to float between Pflugerville and South Austin locations

Schedule

  • 32 clinical hours per week
  • Clinical shifts: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

Clinic Hours:

  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $110,000
