The MA/PSC Regional Trainer role is designed for individuals who consistently demonstrate strong performance, leadership, and a commitment to developing others. ⚠️ Role Expectations – Travel Required

This is a high-travel position supporting multiple centers across your region.

  • Travel will make up a significant portion of your schedule
  • Includes overnight travel and multi-site support
  • Mileage reimbursement provided

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Leading onboarding and training for new hires (MA & PSC roles)
  • Supporting continued development of existing staff
  • Ensuring all teams are trained to SynergenX standards and expectations
  • Partnering with Regional Directors and Corporate Training
  • Tracking training progress and identifying performance gaps
  • Supporting clinics operationally when onsite
  • Assisting in refining and improving training materials and processes
  • Conducting competencies, retraining, and lab-related validations
