No MA Certification Required—We’ll Help You Get Started!

Certification is not required for this position. We provide two full weeks of paid, hands-on training to help you learn our clinic processes, develop your skills, and feel confident in your role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and create a friendly, positive experience.
  • Obtain and document manual vital signs.
  • Perform venipuncture and routine blood draws.
  • Administer IM and subcutaneous injections as directed by providers.
  • Assist providers with minor procedures.
  • Complete laboratory testing, specimen preparation, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and quality-control standards.
  • Keep clinical areas clean, organized, and properly sterilized.
  • Complete inventory counts and assist with clinic supplies.
  • Support front desk operations as needed.
  • Work with teammates to keep patient flow running smoothly.
  • Follow HIPAA, safety standards, and clinic policies.

Qualifications

  • Physical copy of a high school diploma or GED required.
  • At least 3 months of relevant medical experience performing phlebotomy, injections, and vitals OR 180 documented externship hours.
  • Phlebotomy experience required.
  • Medical Assistant experience preferred, but not required.
  • MA or Phlebotomy certification preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with minor procedures is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of EMR systems, HIPAA, and clinical safety practices.
  • Successful completion of a background check.

Clinic Operating Hours

  • Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

Part-Time Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week.

Saturday Availability: Must be available to work 2–3 Saturdays per month.

Employees are expected to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled shift and record all time worked.
