Clinical Research Director – Hormone Replacement Therapy (1099 Contractor)
Compensation: $10,000–$15,000 per paper (based on project complexity) + $3,000 bonus upon publication in a professional medical journal

We are seeking an experienced and driven Clinical Research Director to oversee and guide the strategic and operational aspects of clinical research activities in the field of hormone replacement therapy (HRT). This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned clinical research professional to lead impactful studies and contribute to advancing patient care through evidence-based medicine.
As a 1099 contractor, you will work independently while collaborating with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure all clinical research is conducted ethically, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards. This high-impact role includes research protocol development, team leadership, regulatory compliance oversight, and data quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Research Protocol Development:
Contribute to the design of clinical research protocols with clearly defined objectives and appropriate methodologies.
Assess feasibility and ensure adherence to applicable regulatory and ethical standards.
Team Development & Leadership:
Support and advise a team of investigators, analysts, quality assurance staff, and other healthcare professionals.
Conduct regular check-ins to ensure timely progress and effective execution of research studies.
Regulatory Compliance:
Assist with Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications and maintain ongoing regulatory compliance.
Provide oversight of documentation, adverse event monitoring, and study reporting.
Budget Planning:
Recommend budgets that support personnel, equipment, and other research resources.
Quality Assurance & Data Integrity:
- Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy in data collection, management, and analysis.
- Monitor for discrepancies and ensure findings are reliable and publication-ready.
Qualifications:
Required:
PhD from an accredited medical school, academic medical center, or graduate research program
Proven experience in clinical research, including protocol development, data analysis, scientific writing, and publication
Preferred:
MD or DO license
Experience publishing in peer-reviewed medical journals
Compensation Structure:
$10,000 – $15,000 per research paper, amount based on complexity
$3,000 publication bonus for accepted work in a professional medical journal
