Bring Your Energy. Build Relationships. Love What You Do.

Are you a healthcare provider who genuinely enjoys working with people?

Do you like a busy clinic, enjoy connecting with patients, and bring a positive attitude wherever you go?

Are you confident in your clinical skills but also the person your coworkers and patients enjoy being around?

That's the kind of provider we're looking for.

SynergenX | Low T Center is looking for an NP, APRN, FNP, or PA who brings confidence, positivity, strong communication, and great energy to the clinic.

We're not looking for a cookie-cutter provider. We want someone who can connect with patients, communicate clearly, work well with a team, and genuinely enjoy what they do.

You'll work alongside our Medical Director and Center Director to provide care for patients focused on hormone replacement, weight management, and targeted wellness.

What You'll Do

You'll provide quality patient care while helping create a patient experience that feels welcoming, personal, and positive.

Your day may include:

  • Providing patient-focused care in a fast-paced clinic
  • Evaluating patients and developing treatment plans within established protocols
  • Educating patients about their health and treatment options
  • Building genuine relationships and trust with patients
  • Explaining medical information in a clear, easy-to-understand way
  • Collaborating with the Medical Director and Center Director
  • Working closely with the clinic team to keep the day moving
  • Using electronic systems and technology to manage patient care
  • Helping create an upbeat, welcoming patient experience
  • Jumping in and supporting your team when things get busy

Great healthcare isn't just about what you know. It's also about how you connect with people.

We're Hiring for Personality + Potential

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, approachable, and confident
  • A strong communicator
  • Patient-focused and compassionate
  • A natural relationship builder
  • Positive and energetic
  • Comfortable meeting and talking with different types of people
  • A team player who is willing to jump in and help
  • Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn new systems
  • Comfortable explaining complex medical information in everyday language
  • Reliable, professional, and accountable
  • Someone who brings positive energy to the workplace

If you can connect with patients, communicate with confidence, and keep a great attitude when things get busy, we want to meet you.

Required Qualifications

  • Active North Carolina NP or PA license in good standing, unencumbered, and without disciplinary action
  • Current DEA license
  • Current Controlled Substance License
  • Must be available to work:
    • 2 Saturdays in a 4-week month
    • 3 Saturdays in a 5-week month
  • Must be available for 10 consecutive weekdays of paid training (2 weeks) following clinic hours

You don't need to be a perfect fit on paper. We value providers who communicate well, work well with others, and are excited to learn and contribute.

Credentialing & Screening

As part of our standard screening and credentialing process, our Credentialing team will verify applicable professional licenses and NPI/taxonomy information.

Candidates should be prepared to provide the information needed to confirm that required licenses and credentials are active, in good standing, and within the provider's scope of practice.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
