Hiring an Assistant Clinic Director (Mid-Level Provider) at our Pflugerville, TX Clinic!

We are currently seeking a Mid-Level Provider (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) to join our Pflugerville, TX clinic as an Assistant Clinic Director (ACD) serving both men and women.

About the Role
The Assistant Clinic Director plays a critical role in both patient care and clinic leadership. This position provides direct patient care using established, peer-reviewed treatment protocols and performs comprehensive evaluations to address the root causes of hormone-related and wellness conditions. The ACD collaborates closely with the Clinic Director, physician Medical Director, operations, and management teams to ensure clinical excellence and operational success. The role also supports wellness-focused services such as sleep apnea management, weight control, hypertension management, low libido treatment, and aesthetic services at select locations, while sharing light supervisory responsibilities for support staff.

Requirements

Active Texas license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
Current DEA registration
Minimum of one year of clinical practice experience
Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
Availability during clinic hours and two Saturdays per month, with incentive pay provided

Clinic Hours
Clinic operations average 40–41 hours per week. Hours are:

Monday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Tuesday 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
Wednesday 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
Thursday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Saturday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Two Saturdays per month are required and compensated separately.

Training
Two full consecutive weeks (10 business days) of paid training conducted Monday through Friday.

Compensation

Base salary of $125,000 annually
Saturday incentive pay of $400 per Saturday (two Saturdays per month), totaling $10,400 annually
Total annual compensation of $135,400
