Medical Assistant Patient Services Coordinator – Junior Regional Trainer
SynergenX & Low T Center are growing — and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us!
If you're an experienced Medical Assistant or Patient Services Coordinator who loves working with people, brings great energy to the room, and is ready to take your skills beyond one clinic, this could be the opportunity for you.
We're looking for a high-energy, outgoing, adaptable team player to join us as an MA / PSC Junior Regional Trainer.
This is a fast-paced, high-travel role where no two days look exactly the same. You'll travel to different clinics, meet new teams, train new employees, solve problems, jump in when needed, and help create an amazing experience for our employees and patients.

- Naturally helpful and approachable
- Someone people go to when they need guidance
- Organized and dependable

You'll Thrive Here If...
You Bring the Energy
You make people feel comfortable and bring a positive attitude wherever you go.
You Take Initiative
You don't wait around for someone to tell you what needs to be done.
You Connect With People
You can walk into a new clinic and quickly build relationships with the team.
You Adapt Quickly
You can handle a changing schedule, new locations, and unexpected challenges without missing a beat.
You Find Solutions

This role gives you the opportunity to make an impact far beyond one clinic.
You'll help train and develop employees across multiple markets while building valuable experience in leadership, coaching, training, and operations.
