Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt

👋 About the Role

We’re looking for a high-energy, people-first Community Partnerships & Events Coordinator to help grow our brand presence through local partnerships, events, and community engagement.

This is a junior-to-early career role—perfect for someone who loves meeting people, planning events, building relationships, and showing up as the face of the brand in the community. You don’t need to be a strategic mastermind yet—but you do need to be organized, dependable, social-media savvy, and genuinely personable.

If you’re the kind of person who can walk into a room, strike up a conversation, and leave with three new connections—this role was built for you.

💼 What You’ll Do

🤝 Community Partnerships

  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, gyms, medical offices, and community organizations
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partnerships and sponsorships
  • Help identify opportunities that drive brand awareness and local engagement
  • Track partnership activity and share updates with the marketing team

🎪 Events & Outreach

  • Help plan, coordinate, and execute community events, clinic openings, and local activations
  • Support event logistics including materials, vendors, timelines, and on-site execution
  • Represent the brand professionally at events (evenings/weekends included)
  • Assist with post-event follow-up and reporting

🏥 Clinic & Team Support

  • Work closely with clinic leadership and regional teams to support local growth efforts
  • Ensure events align with brand standards and compliance guidelines
  • Provide clinics with materials, talking points, and basic follow-up recommendations

📊 Organization & Reporting

  • Track attendance, leads, and outcomes from events
  • Maintain organized records of partnerships and events
  • Share insights and updates with the marketing team

What We’re Looking For

This is a junior role, so we’re focused more on potential, personality, and reliability than perfection.

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in events, community outreach, marketing, or customer-facing roles
  • Extremely personable and comfortable talking to new people
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Confident using social media (posting, engagement, basic content awareness)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and attend evening/weekend events
  • Ability to lift and transport event materials (up to 40 lbs)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with multi-location brands or healthcare/wellness
  • Basic Excel or reporting experience
  • Event coordination or vendor management exposure

🌟 Why You’ll Love This Role

  • You’re out in the community—not stuck behind a desk
  • You’ll build real relationships that make a visible impact
  • You’ll grow hands-on experience in events, partnerships, and marketing
  • You’ll be part of a collaborative, values-driven team

🧭 Our Core Values

  • Compassionate Care
  • Unity
  • Accountability
  • Commitment
  • Continuous Improvement
