SynergenX – Low T are leading providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services. We are seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) as we expand our clinical offerings and rapidly grow our remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment, using proprietary treatment protocols to help change patients’ lives.

Role Overview:
Mid-Level Providers work alongside a physician medical director and the Center Director to coordinate patient care for hormone replacement and targeted wellness programs, including:

  • Sleep apnea management

  • Weight control

  • Hypertension management

  • Low libido treatment

You will also assist in staff and operations management at your location.

Qualifications:

  • Active Tennessee NP or PA license in good standing

  • Current DEA license

  • Flexibility to float between Franklin, Hendersonville, and Murfreesboro

Hours of Operation:

  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

  • Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (2 Saturdays per month; 3 Saturdays in months with 5 weeks)

Training:

  • Two full weeks (10 consecutive business days), paid

Compensation:

  • $130,000 base salary

  • $400 per Saturday worked, adding up to $10,400 annually
