We specialize in customized therapies including hormone replacement therapy, weight management, wellness, and compounded medications, conveniently delivered directly to patients’ homes.

We are looking for a bilingual, outgoing, dependable, and patient-focused Pharmacy Customer Care Representative to join our growing team.

Position Summary

The Bilingual Pharmacy Customer Care Representative plays an important role in creating a positive patient experience. You’ll be one of the primary points of contact for patients who have questions about their prescriptions, orders, appointments, or pharmacy services.

The ideal candidate is friendly, confident, organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You’ll work closely with pharmacy, clinical, and administrative teams to help patients receive timely answers, appropriate support, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming patient calls, texts, and messages with professionalism and positive energy.
  • Assist patients with questions regarding prescriptions, orders, appointments, and pharmacy services.
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments in the EHR.
  • Listen to patient concerns and determine appropriate next steps.
  • Route clinical and pharmacy-related questions to the appropriate team member.
  • Accurately document patient interactions in CRM and EHR systems.
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients in both English and Spanish.
  • Help resolve patient concerns and provide timely follow-up.
  • Support administrative and pharmacy operations as needed.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
  • Provide a professional, positive, and patient-focused experience with every interaction.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish — spoken and written
  • Minimum of 1 year of high-volume call center experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience using CRM or EHR software
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
  • Professional, positive, and patient-focused attitude.
  • Comfortable learning new technology and systems.
  • Must successfully complete a routine criminal background check.

Important: Candidates must have a copy or clear photo of their high school diploma or GED available to submit upon accepting an offer.

Schedule Requirements

  • Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
  • Full-time, onsite position.
  • No late nights or weekends.
  • Must be able to consistently work the scheduled hours.
