SynergenX | Low T Center

Bring Your Energy. Build Relationships. Love What You Do.

Are you a healthcare provider who genuinely enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and making patients feel comfortable?

Do you bring confidence, positivity, and great energy to the workplace?

Do you like a fast-paced environment where every day brings different patients, conversations, and opportunities to make an impact?

SynergenX | Low T Center is looking for a PRN NP, PA, APRN, or FNP who brings more than clinical knowledge to the team.

We're looking for someone who is personable, approachable, confident, and genuinely enjoys working with people.

You don't have to fit a cookie-cutter mold. We care about the person behind the credentials.

You'll work alongside our Medical Director and Center Director to provide patient-focused care for individuals seeking hormone replacement, weight management, and targeted wellness services.

What You'll Do

You'll provide quality patient care while helping create the kind of experience patients want to come back to.

Your day may include:

  • Evaluating patients and developing treatment plans within established protocols
  • Providing patient-focused care in a fast-paced clinic environment
  • Educating patients about their health and treatment options
  • Building genuine, trusting relationships with patients
  • Explaining medical information in a way patients can actually understand
  • Collaborating with the Medical Director, Center Director, and clinic team
  • Helping create a welcoming, positive patient experience
  • Using electronic systems and technology to efficiently manage patient care
  • Jumping in and supporting the team when needed

We're looking for a provider who can deliver great care and make patients feel like they're being heard.

We're Hiring for Personality + Potential

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, approachable, and confident
  • A strong communicator
  • Comfortable connecting with different types of patients
  • Patient-focused and compassionate
  • Positive and energetic
  • Comfortable in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • A team player who isn't afraid to jump in
  • Able to explain medical information in everyday language
  • Comfortable learning new technology and systems
  • Dependable, professional, and accountable
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people

If you can walk into a clinic, connect with your patients, work well with your team, and bring good energy to the day, we'd love to meet you.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active Indiana NP or PA license in good standing with no disciplinary actions
  • Current DEA license
  • Ability to practice within your professional scope and applicable clinical protocols
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must successfully complete our credentialing process
  • Must be available for 2 full weeks of paid training, Monday–Friday

You don't need to have every preferred skill on day one. We value providers who are willing to learn, communicate well, work as a team, and provide a great patient experience.

Credentialing & License Verification

As part of our hiring and credentialing process, our Credentialing Department will verify applicable professional licenses, DEA information, NPI/taxonomy information, and other required credentials.

Candidates should be prepared to provide the information needed to complete the credentialing process.

All licenses and credentials must be active, in good standing, and within the provider's scope of practice.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
