Center Director Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Compensation
- $175,000 annual base salary
- Additional $400 for working one Saturday per month
- Quarterly RVU bonus opportunities based on KPI achievement
- Annual RVU bonus potential up to $8,800

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care using established, evidence-based treatment protocols
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of 3–4 clinic staff members
- Oversee daily clinic operations and maintain laboratory compliance standards
- Collaborate closely with the Physician Medical Director to ensure the highest quality of patient care
- Foster a positive, patient-focused clinic culture
Qualifications
- Licensed PA, APN, APRN, or FNP
- Active Texas DEA registration required
- Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Passion for wellness, preventative medicine, and helping patients achieve lasting health outcomes
Schedule
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Two Saturdays required during months with five Saturdays
Training
- Two consecutive weeks of training, Monday through Friday
